At the beginning when iPod first came for marketing, it was only a device for music play. But now it has been included many features and become similar as iPhone. iPod touch is more lighter than iPhone.
FaceTime is a gift of iPod touch 4th generation. If you have an iPod Touch 4th generation that has already attached with FaceTime, you can make video call through Wi-Fi to a person who has an iOS device or computer running with FaceTime. You can use font camera to talk Face-to-Face and main camera to share what you see around you.
Make a FaceTime call
To make a call with FaceTime, you must need to open FaceTime on home screen. When you open FaceTime you may be asked to sign in using your Apple ID. If you have not your Apple ID, you may be promoted to create a new account.
To make a FaceTime call, choose someone from your contacts. Choose a name and then tap FaceTime at the right side of the name.
Call using Voice Control:
Press and hold the Home button until the Voice Control screen appears. You can hear a beep. Then say “FaceTime,” followed by the name of the person you want to call.
Add a Contact:
to add a contact, tap contact at the right side of the bottom and then enter the person’s name, Apple email address or phone number that associated with FaceTime. To add a contact outside of your region be sure to include country and area code with phone number.
On a Face Time Call
Tap on the camera icon at the bottom of display screen to switch between font and main camera. You can move your picture on the picture display. Just drag your image in any corner on the picture display. tap microphone icon at the bottom – your friend can see you but can’t here you. But you can see and hear your friend. When you are talking with your friend you also can use any others apps. Press the Home button, and then tap any icon. You can still talk with your friend but can’t see each other. Tap End to end a call. When you are in FaceTime app, you also can send message to a person from your contact list.You can change your FaceTime setting. Go to Settings > FaceTime.
